"Really helpful for staying aware on the road"
I like having the incident reports pop up quickly, especially for crashes or police ahead. I’m cautious when I drive, so being able to know what’s coming up gives me a chance to slow down, reroute, or just be more alert. It’s saved me time and probably helped me avoid a few risky situations more than once.

"Pretty good, even when it gets a little too creative"
Waze usually does a solid job getting me around traffic, and I’ve definitely saved time because of it. Every now and then it sends me down some tiny random side street like it knows something everyone else doesn’t, which is... ambitious, but most of the time the routes are actually reliable...
"Finally, a map app that doesn’t kill my battery"
I use Waze almost every day, it’s been solid with battery and data. I don’t have the patience for apps that drain my phone halfway through a drive, but this one holds up even on longer trips. The traffic updates are usually on point too, so I really can’t complain.

"I use Waze often and it’s..."
I use Waze often and it’s helpful for finding routes, but the ETA has been really hit or miss lately. It’ll tell me 20 minutes and then I end up getting there in 35, especially when there’s traffic. I get that traffic changes, but this has happened enough times that it’s getting frustrating. I’ve started double-checking with other apps because I can’t fully trust the arrival time anymore. It’s still useful, but I really hope this gets looked into because the ETA being that far off kind of defeats the point

"I’ve used it a bunch and the maps..."
I’ve used it a bunch and the maps are usually right, so I don’t have much to complain about. It got me where I needed to go, even though I weirdly remember it taking me past a house with a giant purple mailbox one time. Overall, reliable.

"Works Right When I Need It"
It almost never crashes and gets me going every time. What more could you ask for when you just need something to work?

"Good app, but the car screen behavior feels inconsistent"
I still use Waze pretty much all the time, and I’ve started noticing a pattern with the car screen support. Some days CarPlay or Android Auto connects right away and everything feels smooth, then other times the map freezes or the route details seem a step behind. The alerts are still super helpful, and the traffic info is usually on point, which is why I keep coming back to it. I just wish the car display side was more predictable without me having to restart the app to get it working right.
"Voice directions are clear and easy to follow"
I mainly use Waze because the voice guidance is genuinely clear and, thankfully, not irritating. It gives directions early enough for me to prepare, then reminds me again at just the right moment, so I’m not scrambling to catch an exit.
Even on busy city roads, it usually feels accurate and reliable. Occasionally the voice prompt comes in a little late, but overall it makes driving feel much less stressful. I’m happy with it.
"I did get some clicks from the ads..."
I did get some clicks from the ads, so they weren’t a total miss... but the cost felt a bit high for the results I got.

"Pretty reliable maps most of the time"
Waze has been accurate around where I live. New roads and closures seem to show up really fast, faster than I expected. It’s saved me from taking the wrong turn more than a few times.

"Traffic updates saved me again"
The traffic alerts have been really helpful. I’ve been able to dodge jams most days, even little backups around the same busy intersection on my way home. It’s nice to get a heads-up before I’m stuck sitting there

"The driver updates are honestly great"
I mostly use waze because the updates from other drivers are genuinely useful. Stuff like traffic, cars pulled over, police, construction, all of it seems to pop up quickly, and it’s usually spot on.
I kind of like sending in reports myself when it’s safe to do it. It gives the whole app this nice everyone-looking-out-for-each-other vibe. It’s not perfect every single time, but the community updates are low-key the reason I keep using it...

I’ve been using it every day, the layout just puts me in a good mood because it’s so easy to figure out. Nothing feels confusing or cluttered.

"Good GPS app that doesn’t feel creepy"
I’ve been using waze for a while now, i like that the location stuff feels straightforward. It asks for permission clearly, and if I want to change anything, I can just do it in my phone settings without digging around forever.
I usually keep location on only when I’m actually driving, and it still works the way I need it to. I haven’t had any weird popups or moments where I’m like, “Wait, why does this app need that?” which I feel like is a fair thing to care about, right?
For an app that obviously needs GPS, it feels reasonable to me. It helps me avoid traffic without making me feel like I’m being tracked all the time, and that’s really all I’m asking for

"Keeps me ahead of road surprises"
I use Waze pretty much every day, mostly because it makes my drive feel a lot less stressful. The police alerts are probably my favorite part because I like knowing what’s coming up before I get there. I also really appreciate when people quickly report things like stopped cars, debris, or random hazards in the road. It’s saved me from a few annoying situations and gives me enough time to slow down instead of getting caught off guard. It’s not perfect every single time, but for me it’s way better than just driving without any heads-up. Easy 5 stars
